Indications of Hemorrhoid Banding Instruments

The hemorrhoid suction ligator is applicable to the ligation treatment of internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids in different stages or rectal benign polyps.

Disposable Hemorrhoid Ligator How To Use :

A.Using method of PYTZ-F type anal hemorrhoid ligature

1. Take out the PYTZ-F type anal hemorrhoid ligature and accessories from the package.

2. Disinfect the skin around the anal canal, insert the dilator into the introducer, lubricate the dilator and introducer, and then insert the dilator and introducer into the anal canal.

3. Turn the dilator to expand the anal canal, then take out the dilator and keep the introducer.

4. Adjust the position of the introducer so that its notch is aligned with the hemorrhoids to be ligated, and insert the PYTZ-F anal hemorrhoid ligator through the introducer.

5. Fully contact the barrel port of the ligator with the hemorrhoids, and then use your index finger to press the cylinder handle on the ligator back and forth to make the ligator generate negative pressure to suck the hemorrhoids into the nozzle.

6. Keep the negative pressure and use the thumb to press the push button on the back of the ligator to release the rubber ring, thereby tying the hemorrhoids.

7. Press the deflation button at the handle of the ligation device to release the negative pressure, and then slowly move the barrel away from the ligated hemorrhoids.

8. If you need to place more ligation rings, repeat the above ligation process.

9. Exit the anal hemorrhoid ligature and introducer after completing all ligation procedures.

B.Using method of PYTZ type anal hemorrhoid ligature

1. Take out the PYTZ type anal hemorrhoid ligature and accessories from the package.

2. Connect the negative pressure suction tube to the negative pressure suction connector at the bottom of the ligator handle, push on the air lock button on the ligator shell, seal the ligator cavity, and check whether the barrel of the ligator can produce negative pressure. Pressure.

3. Disinfect the skin around the anal canal, insert the dilator into the introducer, lubricate the dilator and introducer, and then insert the dilator and introducer into the anal canal.

4. Turn the dilator to dilate the anal canal, then take out the dilator and keep the introducer.

5. Adjust the position of the introducer so that its notch is aligned with the hemorrhoids to be ligated, and insert the PYTZ type anal hemorrhoid ligation device through the introducer.

6. Fully contact the barrel port of the ligation device with the hemorrhoids, and then push the air lock button with your fingers to suck the hemorrhoids into the tube port (note: you cannot push the air lock button until the desired ligation position is found).

7. Keep the negative pressure and slowly turn the one-way dial on the ligator handle downwards until the tension is released, and the rubber band can be released to ligate the hemorrhoids.

8. Open the air lock button on the casing of the ligation device to release the negative pressure, and then make the barrel slowly leave the ligated hemorrhoids.

9. If you need to place more tying rings, repeat the above tying process.

10. Exit the anal hemorrhoid ligature and introducer after completing all ligation procedures.

C.Using method of PYTZ-II anal hemorrhoid ligature

1. Take out the PYTZ-II anal hemorrhoid ligature and accessories from the package, and install a rubber ring (see the following description for the installation method).

2. Connect the negative pressure suction tube to the negative pressure suction connector at the bottom of the ligator handle, open the red air lock button on the ligator shell (the air lock button is in the “ON” state), and seal the ligator cavity. Check whether negative pressure can be generated at the barrel of the ligator: After confirming that negative pressure is generated, close the air lock button (the air lock button is in the "OFF" state); if there is no negative pressure, please replace the device.

3. Disinfect the skin around the anal canal, insert the dilator into the introducer, lubricate the dilator and introducer, and then insert the dilator and introducer into the anal canal.

4. Turn the dilator to dilate the anal canal, then take out the dilator and keep the introducer.

5. Adjust the position of the introducer so that its notch is aligned with the part of the hemorrhoids to be ligated, and insert the PYTZ-II anal hemorrhoid ligature through the introducer.

6. Fully contact the barrel port of the ligator with the hemorrhoids, and then open the air lock button (the air lock button is in the "ON" state), and suck the hemorrhoids into the nozzle. (Note: The air lock button must be closed before finding the position of the hemorrhoid that needs to be bandaged (the air lock button is in the “OFF” state)!

7. Keep the negative pressure and slowly fire the firing handle at the handle of the ligator until the tension is released, then the rubber band can be released to ligate the hemorrhoids.

8. Close the air lock button on the shell of the ligation device (the air lock button is in the "OFF" state), release the negative pressure, and then slowly leave the barrel of the ligated hemorrhoids.

9. If you need to use more rubber rings, you can install a rubber ring according to the installation operation of the rubber ring and repeat steps 2~8.

10. Exit the anal hemorrhoid ligature and introducer after completing all ligation procedures.

D.How to install the rubber ring:

Note: This process needs to be used with the company's ferrule tooling. The ferrule tooling is not included in this registered product and needs to be equipped separately.

Put the rubber trap on the ferrule tooling 1 on the tip, and then install the ferrule tooling 1 on the front of the ligator body; install the ferrule tooling 2 Align the pointed claw direction with the tip of tool 1, and follow the direction as shown.
